Esther 4:13-14 NKJV
…”Do not think in your heart that you will escape in the king’s palace any more than all the other Jews. For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”
Beloved,
Another way to maximize the power of divine encounter is through the force of obedience. Esther, as a young orphan girl, developed a habit of adhering to her elder cousin’s instructions. I don’t know if she knew that her development of the godly habit of obedience would eventually qualify her to become a tool in the hand of the Father. God used her to save the Nation of Israel from extinction.
One of the things our Papa taught us early on is that a wise person does not reduce divine encounter into an emotional experience, no. In other words, their encounter with the divine isn’t limited to emotional one. The wise look forward to instruction.
If you don’t learn on time like Esther did the importance of obedience, you’ll be prone to miss the place of obedience when divine instruction comes, making the encounter a total waste.
My you not be found missing in the place of obedience in Jesus mighty name.
I commend you to God and to the word of His grace.
I call you blessed. I call you NATIONS.
