1 Thessalonians 5:23
Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your
whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Beloved,
The following are more steps to mining your mind to get it to be productive. First, let the mind of Christ be in you, Philippians 2:5. If you don’t have this mind of Christ, it will be difficult to meditate. The following are characteristics of the mind of Christ.
Humility, Philippians 2:6-8
Learning, Hebrews 5:8
Love, 1 John 3:16, 2 Corinthians 5:14
Service, John 18:37, Acts 13:36
Integrity, Genesis 20:1-7, 1 Kings 9:3-4, Psalm 78:72, Ephesians 6:5.
Next you must practice the art of effective thinking, Philippians 4:8-9. You need to understand what is fundamental first before you can practice this kind of thinking. Everything God will give you is in seed form, and it takes meditation to produce fruit. Practice separation unto meditation; be separated from distractions such as phones, TV, recreations, and other things that will take your attention away from what you need to fix your mind on.
Separate your own reality from God’s reality. Separate where you are right now from what God will do. Separate the pain in your body from what the word of God says concerning your health. That is when you will be able to meditate on that word. Beloved, think on your object of meditation alongside the word of God and your spirit will begin to open to the possibilities that exist in God for you.
I commend you to God and the word of His grace.
I call you NATIONS. I call you blessed.
