John 7 :37-39
“Anyone who believes in me may come and drink! For the Scriptures declare, ‘Rivers of living water will flow from his heart.’” (When he said “living water,” he was speaking of the Spirit, who would be given to everyone believing in him. But the Spirit had not yet been given, because Jesus had not yet entered into his glory.)”
Beloved,
The greatest promise ever fulfilled is from the Father. He promised us the gift of the sweet Holy Spirit- the greatest force, the greatest influence to ever reach the earth. The greatest connection is the one between you and the Holy Spirit. It is your duty to connect to Him just as much as it is your privilege to do so. He is what will give you an advantage.
How do you connect and stay connected to the Holy Spirit? Read the word. Maximize your prayer life. Live always with the awareness of and with respect for The Holy Spirit and His role in your life. Keep learning what He likes and what He does not like. Lastly, practice stillness so you can hear Him well. We will dwell more on this as we go into the new year.
