John 12:9,11 NKJV
[9] Now a great many of the Jews knew that He was there; and they came, not for Jesus’ sake only, but that they might also see Lazarus, whom He had raised from the dead. [11] because on account of him many of the Jews went away and believed in Jesus.
Beloved,
The Bible is clear about the reason for our existence as human beings. Revelation 4:11 (NKJV) stated that we were created for His pleasure. That is one major purpose that the devil does not want fulfilled, and that was what led to the fall of man.
However, when Jesus restored us back to our original position with God through the redemption that He established by His blood, we have the potential to bring pleasure to God. One way this can be achieved is by ensuring that our lives give people a reason to believe that Jesus is Lord.
The above verses of the Bible established that on the account of Lazarus, many believed in Jesus. Today, I challenge you to establish an account through which many people would start turning to Jesus. There’s no greater joy than this.
