Philippians 1:20 NKJV
according to my earnest expectation and hope that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ will be magnified in my body, whether by life or by death.
Beloved,
Yesterday, we established that a demand of God is upon us for many to come to Jesus on our account. This demand must form a major driving philosophy of our lives if we will live a life that would be meaningful to God.
From the passage above, we can see Paul making a decision. His use of the phrase “now, also” signifies that he decided that in addition to any other reason for living, Christ will be magnified (glorified) in his body either living or dead.”
This is the same decision God wants you to make. Many believers in Christ have built their relationship with God only on the basis of what God can be for them, neglecting what they can be for God and this has greatly limited their potentials in God.
Today, I challenge you to scale up your relationship with God by allowing God to use your life to bring many to Jesus.
I commend you to God, and to the word of His grace.
I call you BLESSED. I call you NATIONS.
