Job 14:7-9 NKJV
[7] “For there is hope for a tree, If it is cut down, that it will sprout again, And that its tender shoots will not cease. [8] Though its root may grow old in the earth, And its stump may die in the ground, [9] Yet at the scent of water it will bud And bring forth branches like a plant.
Beloved,
In the past, you may have found yourself in situations or circumstances that shook you and made you doubt all you believed. If you happen to be facing this challenge presently, your wisdom is to take back your confidence. It so happens that only you can make this resolve and take this step. It doesn’t matter the kind of past you’ve had, don’t conclude about life. It doesn’t matter how hard pressed you are, it doesn’t matter what the doctors are saying, it doesn’t matter what the devil or your mind is bringing to you; hold on to your word of prophecy as gotten from scriptures.
The Bible says,
Hebrews 10:35-36 NKJV
[35] Therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward. [36] For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise:
You can tell when your confidence begins to deplete. You will know at what point in time you began to lose confidence in yourself and in God. Take back your confidence because loss of confidence puts you closer to defeat. Beloved, the fix to whatever you are facing is in God alone. Wait patiently on him. At the same time, position yourself such that when God shows up with the fulfillment of His promises to you, He will find you still confidently standing strong.
