II Timothy 4:18 NKJV
And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work and preserve me for His heavenly kingdom. To Him be glory forever and ever. Amen!
Beloved,
We have discussed the power and importance of preservation and we are now discussing some of the ways in which God preserves us. One of the most extraordinary ways He preserves us, His children, is through peculiar and divine visitation. Let’s look at one example:
Genesis 32:30 NKJV
So Jacob called the name of the place Peniel: “For I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved.”
Don’t fight it when you are paid a visit by God. Recognize and embrace such a privilege. God’s visitation can be supernatural. For example, it can come through dreams, visions, and impartations. It can also be communicated through God’s servants- such as at designated events in your local, God-ordained church. It is of extreme importance to be sensitive to divine visitation.
One the shortest and most powerful scriptures in the Holy Bible is this one:
John 11:35 NKJV
Jesus wept.
Many attribute His weeping to the confirmation of His dear friend’s death. If He knew He would raise Him eventually, why would He cry? Throughout the Scriptures, when Jesus cried, it had to do with the people’s lack of faith and missed opportunities. Jesus wept over Jerusalem because they were not sensitive to their time of visitation.
Beloved, you endeavor to keep divine appointments in 2024. There is no limit or boundary to this visitation. It can happen through any means, anytime, and anywhere. But be prepared for this visitation to place a demand on your convenience, your finance, and your time.
I commend you to God and to the word of His grace.
I call you blessed. I call you NATIONS.
