II Timothy 4:18 NKJV
And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work and preserve me for His heavenly kingdom. To Him be glory forever and ever. Amen!
Beloved,
As we prepare to enter the new year, it is important we, the children of God are intentional about our divine preservation. If you will enjoy the best of this new year, then you must permit God to preserve you. In this series, we will unpack the power of preservation and the things God does to preserve a man.
Preservation is the process of being kept. Praise God for your salvation. It is a gift God has given you. But just as with any gift, once you receive it, you have the responsibility to keep it. The great thing about this gift from the Most High is that just as with anything you receive from above- it takes God to keep it. Let’s look at how God preserves a man:
God preserves through His word. Psalm 119:93 reads:
Psalms 119:93 NIV
I will never forget your precepts, for by them you have preserved my life.
The precepts in question are what preserves and they can be directly communicated through His Spirit, through scriptures, or through His anointed vessels.
As you prepare for this new year, pay careful attention to every communication of the Holy Spirit. Don’t reason things out with the voice of the Spirit because He knows you better than you know yourself. God’s communication to you in the new year will come as a divine restraint or constraint, or it will bring grace to pursue your destiny.
I commend you to God and to the word of His grace.
I call you blessed. I call you NATIONS.
