Philippians 3:12 AMPC
“Not that I have now attained [this ideal], or have already been made perfect, but I press on to lay hold of (grasp) and make my own, that for which Christ Jesus (the Messiah) has laid hold of me and made me His own.”
Beloved,
Pressing on indicates that you have defined a goal worth such an adventure. Pressing on is a required movement if you will lay hold of that which Jesus has made available for you. There are many resistances when pressing on. Every resistance requires a higher level of persistence in the place of prayer.
Beloved, there is a prayer and a work attached to every prophecy you receive. Don’t just be excited about the prophecy. Find out what you must do to receive the manifestation.
You press on in the things of God through force of repetition (Mark 5:23). By faith, take God’s Word—the Holy Scripture as the truth it is— and say it over and over again. Where we miss it in the lane of faith is when we keep declaring what has happened instead of what must happen on account of God’s word.
Things going from bad to worse does not stop the process of what God is doing, but your reaction to what people will say or are saying will abort that divine process.
To keep on believing, don’t yield to fear but take your position and your stand with the word of God.
There is a possibility that things go from bad to worse, even while you are praying and believing and speaking in faith. Don’t give up! Keep the faith. Keep pressing on. Things will work in your favor. It’s simply a matter of your faith and pressing on.
I commend you to God.
I call you blessed. I call you NATIONS.
