DO NOT YIELD – Part 5: From Sin’s Grip to God’s Grace

Matthews 25:26-27

“But his lord answered and said to him, ‘You wicked and lazy servant, you knew that I reap where I have not sown, and gather where I have not scattered seed. So you ought to have deposited my money with the bankers, and at my coming I would have received back my own with interest.

Beloved,
The story referenced above reveals to us that God is aware of what we have. He fully understands how much resources you have. He knows the limitation of what you have yet expects you to profit with it. No one is allowed to despise what he has. No matter how small or insignificant your talent or resources are, you are expected to explore life with them.
There is power in small things. Just as someone with five or ten talents has opportunities to express himself, so does a man with one talent.  What makes the difference is not the number of talents but the largeness of the heart of the talent carrier. If the heart of the one with one talent is large enough, it is a matter of time, he will convince those with many talents to surrender their talents.
Have you seen how rich men seek out people who may not be rich but are skilled to work for them? If a trader is wise enough and means business, he will eventually employ people with different talents to work for him. Jesus showed us the power of little things when He fed 5000 men with five loaves and two fishes. And after that, He asked the disciples to gather the crumbs: the little things. I challenge you to pay attention to the little things in your life. When things look insufficient, that is an opportunity for supernatural increase.

I commend you to God, and to the word of His grace.
I call you BLESSED. I call you NATIONS.
