The Power of One I
Philippians 3:13
Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead.
Beloved,
What makes up the dynamics of life are not big things. Even big things started out small. If you live your life looking for big things, you will miss the small, important things of life. In fact, in many situations in life, there is one thing on which the focus must be, Ephesians 4:4-6. I will highlight some of these things which can change the course of life. Pay attention to these things in life:
One word, Matthew 8:8. One word is enough to change the conditions of what you’re looking for. One word, one instruction, one major emphasis given by the Holy Spirit can turn things around for the better for any man. The Lord can give you a word through any media. It may be through the lyrics of a song, or in prayers, or in a sermon. Whichever means He uses, God is faithful to bring a word in season to comfort His people.
One man, Romans 5:18-19. Sin came through one man, Adam. Righteousness also came through one Man, Jesus. One man implanted by the devil in the life of another person is enough to pull him down to his destruction. Similarly, one man arranged by God in the life of a man is enough to set him up for life. God is not looking for many men to work with. All He is looking for is one man to align with His will per season, per family, per disposition. May the Lord send such a man to you and may you become that man.
One miracle, Mark 1:23-28. One miracle of Jesus caused His fame to spread abroad. This is how people gain time and speed in life. Beloved, trust the Lord for one major breakthrough, one that will announce Jesus to the world for you and will draw all men to come and know the God that you serve.
