Daniel 11:32
…but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.
Beloved,
As a believer, you can carry something which may remain dormant until you get an understanding of it. God is on your side, but do you have a revelation of who God is? Do you know what immense power is available to you?
All the brothers of David and all the children of Israel that Goliath taunted could have defeated Goliath. They all carried the capacity to conquer him. If only they had a revelation of the advantages that the covenant they carried conferred on them. When David arrived at the scene, he addressed Goliath as an uncircumcised philistine who defied the army of God. He was highlighting the fact that Goliath who had no covenant with the living God was challenging the people of covenant. David understood his covenant position.
All of the Israelites carried the mark of circumcision, the token of the covenant; but it didn’t mean anything to most them. May the things of God mean something to you. May you realize the power you carry.
