Luke 18:26-27 NKJV
And those who heard it said, “Who then can be saved?” But He said, “The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.”
Beloved,
Trust in God is a condition of the heart. If your mind is on God, then your eyes will or should be on Him too. The problem is many of us —though we say we have surrendered all to Jesus —still allow our minds to be given over to the depravities and cares of this life. Beloved, the Bible says this:
Philippians 4:8 NKJV
Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.
In other words, our minds should be on God and who He is to us, what He has done for us, how He provides for us, and what He has promised us. Our minds should be on what He has instructed us. Our minds should be on His will for our lives. Our minds should be on whatever is on the mind of Christ, for His word also says this:
Philippians 2:4-5 NKJV
[4] Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others. [5] Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus,
In other words your mind shouldn’t be on your problems. Your mind should be as the mind of Christ. Yes, problems exist that wish to trouble your life. Do you trust God? Are you walking with Him? If so, you must believe that all things are possible to those who are in Him and walk with Him.
I commend you to God and to the word of His grace.
I call you blessed. I call you NATIONS.
