I John 5:4-5 NKJV
[4] For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith. [5] Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?
Beloved,
Here are attributes of a few more things that overcome the world:
- They are not limited to today. That which will overcome the world will be generational, Genesis 17:4-7. Therefore, you must be generational in your thinking.
- They are not done out of convenience, Luke 9:23. What will overcome the world are not things done just because they are convenient or they seem right; they must be done done out of conviction and commitment.
- They are God-given instructions. Whatever is in obedience to the instructions the Lord as given you personally or through your God-ordained church will definitely overcome the world.
Beloved, we have seen the features of things that overcome the world. Some examples of such things are- Your testimony.
- The blood of Jesus
- Your vision
- Your marriage
- Divine ideas
- Your business
- Your children
- Your relationships
- Your ministry
- Your health
These and more will overcome the world if they are born of God.
