Matthew 13:12
“For whoever has, to him, more will be given, and he will have abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him.”
Beloved,
To assume that you don’t have anything from God that is of value is a deception of the devil. God has deposited something of value to you and it is your responsibility to identify them. Let’s look at some things you may have received from God:
- Healing: God brings healing to the life of a person to redeem them of wastage of time and resources. Doctors cannot fix afflictions from hell because the devil brings them as distractions to stop people from attending divine appointment. So if you have received healing from God, what will you do with it?
- Divine beckoning: We get to taste God’s presence at a deeper level to see that we can enjoy divine presence extensively. After praying, wait to hear God speak back to you. Train yourself to do this and don’t be in a hurry to leave. It may not happen the first week but that’s okay. This is because it’s something you haven’t been doing before, so it’ll take some time to get used to enjoying God’s presence.
- Deliverance from negative generational flows and bondage: Many are fighting a battle whose origin they are clueless about. This is especially true of ancestry. Some toxic traits flows into our lives programmed by the dealings of our forefathers with the devil. So when God comes to separate you from those negative generational flow, it is a major breakthrough.
- Opening of eyes to see what is at stake, and next steps to take: God visits His people by delivering them from stagnation and delay. How He does this is by revealing to them through the Holy Spirit precise steps and instructions to follow. He did this for Elijah when the nation of Israel suffered from famine.
- Cleansing and a new slate: John 8:10-11 tells us God brings vindication from every accusation and judgement. God closes a phase of our lives and starts us afresh on a new one (John 5:4). Your sins are purged, and your heart is cleansed to seek God in purity and truth. A new chapter or even a new book is open to you to start writing.
- Testimonies: Testimonies from other believers help us realize the boundless possibilities God to come through for you also.
God’s word come in form of rebuke, correction, encouragement and supply of new strength to keep up with the pace, prophecies, promises. It then becomes your responsibility to do something with what you have received.
