Matthew 13:12
“For whoever has, to him, more will be given, and he will have abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him.”
Beloved,
One thing you always have is your word. Beloved, if Satan cannot stop you, he will do all he can to delay you. The Bible says this:
Psalm 119:11
“Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.”
One thing you will always have is your word. You have what you say! If things are not going so well in your life and you are a child of God- you must ask yourself: “What am I saying?” Are you speaking in alignment with your situation or circumstance? Are you speaking according to science or the facts one can touch, and see? Or are you speaking the word of God by faith? There is a difference between facts, articulated and the truth. God’s word is the truth. If you are a Christian, it must be the standard by which you live, not what you can touch and see, alone. The Bible says:
Hebrews 4:12
“For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.”
God’s word in you is powerful, yes, but it is also alive and active right now! It is more real and relevant than anything you can see or touch. It will be very difficult to speak God’s Word during times of distress if you have not been hearing, studying and living according to it before.
The word of God that you do have, what are you doing with it? Are you believing it? Are you confessing it? Are you sharing it with others. Be a good steward of God’s Word. Embrace the word and run with it.
I commend you to God and to the word of His grace.
I call you blessed. I call you NATIONS.
