Last time, we established that a “right” response for the believer must be faith filled. The faith-filled response is one that exalts the Truth of God’s word and their covenant with Him over the natural facts of life.
A right response is also a Kingdom response. What does a Kingdom response look like? According to scripture:
“For the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
-Romans 14:17
A kingdom- filled response is one that does not react… It literally commands peace, love and righteousness by speaking in alignment with God’s will, word and way.
Beloved, a right response is not just about being polite or calm. It is a response that glorifies God and affirms your position in Christ Jesus. It is a response that pleases Him.
It is my prayer that when met with the cares of this life, you will not react, rather you and whoever sees your response will understand that your matter is a matter of covenant, filled with faith and reflective of God’s kingdom. I commend you to God and the Word of His grace. I call you BLESSED and NATIONS.
