Beloved,
The next agent of transformation we will discuss today is the Word.
Hebrews 11:3 says, “Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.”
If the Word of God provided the framework for spaces of darkness and chaos to be transformed into entire worlds, just imagine what His Word can do for your life. When God speaks, things change. When He speaks, everything comes into order. He sent Christ, the Living Word to sacrifice His life so that you can live your best life- that is the God kind of life here on the earth.
How can the Word of God change you? The first thing you must do is hear it. Make it a point to hear the word of the Lord as you read your Bible and as you listen to sermons from your shepherd or the man of God who is a chosen vessel for you. Also, hear the word of God as you pray and make yourself available for God to speak to you.
The next step is for you to believe the word of God. Take God’s word as truth. Trust Him enough to heed and obey His word. And let it be established as the rubric by which you judge and determine every other thing in your life. Everything that is not aligned with God’s word for your life, be ready to change it or adjust accordingly.
Confess God’s word. Like our Heavenly Father, we are speaking spirits. God’s word is sharper than any two-edged sword. Therefore, we can use it accordingly.
Let the power that comes from the word of God transform you into the best version of yourself as only the power of God can.
