Luke 1:31 NKJV
And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son, and shall call His name Jesus.
Beloved,
As we celebrate this special day, let’s take time to learn a few critical lessons from Mary, the mother of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
In addition to purity, right posture was an imperative trait for her to have so as to fulfill her assignment. The same applies to you. Beloved, if you will fulfill your destiny on this side of eternity, you will need to have what it takes to partner with the Holy Spirit to obey instructions and carry the right attitude and posture while doing so.
First of all, you must pay attention to factors that forms the basis for the conception of what you carry.
II Peter 1:19 NKJV
[19] And so we have the prophetic word confirmed, which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts;
[21] for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.
As indicated in the above scripture, conception is the word of prophecy and the Holy Spirit Himself that establishes it. No matter how mighty some prophecies are, it will take the combination of the Holy Ghost and the power of the Highest for their fulfillment.
It is important you conceive the product of the combined effect of the Spirit and the power of the Highest, because:
- This is one major factor that makes what you conceive to become great and to have the potential to be a savior.
- The survival and effectiveness of what you conceive will need the combined effect of the Holy Spirit and the power of the Highest (Luke 4:1,14 NKJV).
Unfortunately, many people don’t get to experience that greatness that is birthed by the combined effort of the Holy Spirit and the power of the Highest. Reasons for this include:
- Lack of consecration
- Lack of alignment
- Lack of hunger
- Lack of understanding of what’s at stake
- No serious desire to give birth to what will be mighty on the earth
Like Mary, may you receive the grace to remain consecrated and divinely aligned with God’s will and way for your life, in Jesus name.
I commend you to God and to the word of His grace.
I call you BLESSED. I call you NATIONS.
