Luke 2:25-26
And behold, there was a man in Jerusalem whose name was Simeon, and this man was just and devout, waiting for the Consolation of Israel, and the Holy Spirit was upon him. And it had been revealed to him by the Holy Spirit that he would not see death before he had seen the Lord’s Christ.
Beloved,
The ministry of an interpreter is most needed for everyone that must participate in kingdom advancement and in God’s program for the earth. The first entity to interpret that impending season or experience to Mary was an angel. Simeon was another interpreter for Mary.
As a parent, you have the responsibility, and it is your job, to interpret life correctly for your children and in a language they understand. A father should interpret what it means to be a man to his son; it is also the father’s responsibility to teach his son to value and respect the women in his life. Likewise, a mother should interpret what it means to be a woman to her daughter and teach her to honor and respect the men in her life.
You need an interpreter to walk in the destiny that God has ordained for you. Mordecai stood as an interpreter to Esther. You must give someone that grace under God to interpret your life to you properly. Thank God for the parents of Daniel, the Bible didn’t give an account of who they were but when you look at the lives of Daniel and his companions, you will see that they were well-raised.
Beloved, Life is a subject that is not taught in any school. The only institution that can teach life to you properly is the church and it is there you are fully equipped to face life’s challenges. As you celebrate this Christmas, take time to also take stock of your life, are you partnering with God on kingdom matters? Are you diligent in your relationship with God and men? Do you have an interpreter under God in your life?
I commend you to God and to the word of His grace.
I call you BLESSED. I call you NATIONS.
