Psalm 17:5 VOICE
I will press on—moving steadfastly forward along Your path. I will not look back. I will not stumble.
Beloved,
I come with a message of encouragement to you today. I have come to encourage you to press on in spite of where you are on the ladder of life.
To press on means to keep moving steadfastly forward on a clearly define path. This means that you must first know where you are going in life before you can start talking about pressing on. Once you know where you going, then you must advance against all odds. Pressing on also means that you find a solid ground to step on, and you are able to lift your feet and place it on another ground higher than the last one.
Any goal worth achieving will demand that you advance against a resistive force. In fact, you will not lay hold of that for which Christ has laid hold of you if you do not press on, Philippians 3:12. You will also not experience the miraculous if you do not press on. The Red Sea would not have parted if the Israelites had not pressed on, Exodus 14:15-16. There would not have been that miracle of abundance in Samaria had the lepers not pressed on, 2 Kings 7:3-6.
You will also not enjoy the divine audience, Luke 11:8 NLT; John 16:23-24 AMP and the Lord Jesus will not have pleasure in you, Luke 9:62; Hebrews 10:35-38. Beloved, keep pressing toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
I commend you to God and to the word of His grace.
I call you blessed. I call you NATIONS.
