2 Corinthians 2:7
“But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power
may be of God and not of us.”
Beloved,
God has already chosen you to be a vessel of His glory. He wants to fill you with His presence. He desires that you reflect His excellent greatness. The following scripture covers God’s words to Ananias concerning His servant Paul:
“…for he is a chosen vessel of Mine to bear My name before Gentiles, kings, and the children of Israel.” -Acts 9:15
Just as God has chosen Paul as a vessel to reveal His glory, He has chosen you. Have you chosen Him? Have you made the decision to respond to His call? He has equipped you with everything you need to answer Him. But knowing this and confessing Yourself as fit for His use is not enough. You must fully commit in action and priority.
Time in His presence and committed to His will are a priority. When we choose not to attend, join and serve in our God- ordained local church, for example, the rationale typically given will be that there is no time for it. The truth is that on this side of eternity, there will never be time for the things of God. If you are serious about the things of God, you must create time. Beloved, if you do not free your life from that demonic influence, you might end up pursuing ephemeral things. As a chosen vessel, you are assured of God’s commitment to your life.
I commend you to God, and to the word of His grace.
I call you BLESSED. I call you NATIONS
